About

My experience and passion lies in working with female and non-binary identifying folks 18+ who have experienced the effects of trauma, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, and relational concerns. I approach therapy through the lens of Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy. I am also Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained.

I recognize hearing my clients’ stories is a privilege, and I hope to provide an environment of safety and unconditionality. My goal is to help clients examine their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors from a place of curiosity rather than judgment. I hope to empower my clients to achieve their goals and am honored to support them through the change process.

I understand the importance of experiencing safety, trust, and comfort in the therapeutic relationship. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to provide you the opportunity to meet with me to determine goodness of fit.
