I am currently taking referrals for a waitlist which may be 6 months or longer. If you would like to be added to the waitlist please send me an email. I recognize that individuals seek mental health counseling for a variety of reasons. Thus, it is my mission to provide individualized treatment to help you meet your mental health goals. From daily stressors associated with social injustice and COVID to managing chronic and persistent mental illness, I look forward to joining you on your journey to your optimal mental health. I have over 8 years in the mental health field with a wide range of experience working with and treating various mental health issues, both acute and chronic. I am currently offering individual therapy and crisis assessment/consultation for individuals of all gender identifications and racial backgrounds, ages 18 and up. Whether you've been in therapy before or are new to treatment, I warmly encourage you to take the first step to improving your mental health by reaching out for an intake with myself or another one of the wonderful therapists in the area.
