Kate is a dually licensed LMHC and LADCI clinician with masters level advanced degrees in both Business and Counseling. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Kate began a career in life coaching and fitness, and later expanded her work into the clinical realm. Currently, she offers professional psychotherapy, corporate consultation, health coaching & yoga therapy (complemented by her training in mind-body techniques, including: Ayurveda, Yoga, EMDR, Somatic Therapies, Integrated Health, Nutrition & Mindfulness).
