Sometimes we hit a point in our lives when we are unsure of where to go, what we want or what we need. We feel emotionally drained and need support and encouragement to move forward. Therapy is about learning how and when to make changes in your life. Focused on addressing physical and mental challenges, I strive to provide client-focused therapy that fits your needs. I will meet you where you are and provide you with the encouragement and skills you need to make the changes you want in your own life. I am licensed in Texas, Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado and able to provide telehealth (anyone) or in-person counseling (in NE). I am specially trained in the use of EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Parts Psychology. However, my focus is on using the therapeutic style that works the best for you. Therapy is tailored to your goals and provided through effective listening and communication. I have special interest in working with individuals working through trauma, couples, marriage preparation, families and military personnel/families. I am trained to provide "Prepare-Enrich" assessments and counseling for couples, as well as pre- and post- deployment marriage and family therapy.
