Let's turn the page together. I am not the expert on your story or your experiences, nor can I change the events that brought you here, but I can help support you as you write your new chapter. I have experience working with children, teens, young adults, and parents to address concerns such as trauma, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients reach their therapy goals. I am licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina; however I am only able to offer virtual appointments for individuals in North Carolina. I accept BCBS and Aetna insurance and private pay. I am currently accepting clients for virtual sessions. Please don't hesitate to ask me about my sliding-scale fees.
