I am passionate about helping clients gain a better understanding of themselves and the environments they are in. When we better understand our thoughts and emotions we can more fully address them. I’m committed to providing a safe space for my clients built on trust, compassion, and respect to meet their therapeutic goals. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing symptoms related to ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, behavioral concerns, school or work issues, parenting, relationships and self-esteem. I have a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and their families. This passion has led me to obtain advanced training in assessing and treating ADHD & OCD. Our world oftentimes feels loud and overwhelming. As a therapist, it is my goal to provide a judgment free oasis where you can truly reset and build the life you want or need.
