I’m so glad you’re here! Starting anything to help yourself feel better and think healthier can be hard but so courageous, so congratulations for making this step. I love working with young adults (18-30 years old) but have experience and enjoy helping people of all ages and walks of life. My role is to meet you where you are in all aspects of life and help you grow to where you want to be. I have had amazing opportunities to work with individuals, couples, and families in all stages of life. I've worked with family/couple issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, criminal justice involvement, and everything in between. I believe in empowering individuals by embracing what is unique about them and helping them to believe in the person they can become regardless of current circumstances, past or background.
