I work with individuals and partnerships who are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD) those in “alternative” relationship structures (LGBTQIA+, ENM, poly, open, swinging, kink), those who have experienced trauma, struggle with depression or anxiety, are hoping to do some self-exploration (sexual, gender, career, religious, etc.), or are looking for a change. Because every person is unique, your needs and desires will also be unique. I approach my work through a trauma-informed lens, using evidence-based practices that find a balance between thinking and feeling and emphasize the importance of connection, experience and safety. I am a Vanderbilt University graduate with degrees in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. I have always been interested in how policies and larger systems affect and interact with our identity and mental health. I previously worked as a teacher and deeply understand the impact our early development and experiences have on our mental health. Beginning a therapeutic journey can feel intimidating. I'll meet you and whatever you are feeling with compassion and unconditional acceptance, free of judgement. Together we will create space for those feelings and as team, work towards healing and becoming.
