I can help you find your path and walk alongside you as you take those first steps toward balance and holistic growth. I practice from a trauma-informed, humanistic perspective utilizing a variety of techniques including EMDR, TF-CBT, art, music, and creativity. I am experienced in issues surrounding Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Self-image, Spirituality, and Death, Grief, and Loss (including our animal companions).
