About

Are you struggling to feel connected to yourself or others right now? Perhaps you’re exploring or questioning identity, sexuality, or gender? Are you a parent who has a child that may be struggling with their own mental health, “big feelings”, or behaviors? I specialize in working with kids (6 years and up) & teens, young adults (18-30), and the LGBTQ+ community.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioral issues. I enjoy combining different techniques with my clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, and mindfulness.

I truly believe in meeting my clients where they’re at and honoring the difficult journey that can take place when starting therapy. It is a unique experience for everyone and my biggest goal is to create a comfortable, safe, authentic, and non-judgemental environment in order to nurture a trusting and lasting therapeutic relationship.
