About

Therapy should be a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you are free to bring all of your thoughts and feelings, even those parts we all have that feel awkward or uncomfortable. If you are ready to heal from past trauma, feeling stuck in relationships or creatively, or just trying to figure out what comes next in your life, we can go at a pace that feels right for you. Often people who have been through hard things have found ways to cope and survive that no longer feel helpful. Therapy is a place to connect with coping strategies, self-care practices, and relationship dynamics that feel personally fulfilling and sustainable.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, and use a somatic and attachment approach. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma and people feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions and relationships.

You are so much more than what has happened to you, and it is never too late to find healing and peace. You have already taken a huge, sometimes scary, first step in seeking therapy right now. I would be happy to connect with a phone or video consultation to answer any questions as you decide on the best fit for your needs.
