About

Kate desires to establish an environment where clients feel safe to be vulnerable in order that they will feel seen, heard, and known. She enjoys working with adults, adolescents, couples and families who are longing for healthier relationships with themselves and others. Kate has experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, anger management, conflict resolution, substance use issues, blended families and spiritual issues.

Kate uses several different modalities based on the client’s needs including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Structural Family Therapy, Bowenian Family Systems and the Enneagram. She received her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.
