Healthy relationships are fundamental to our well-being. And yet, relationships are hard! I am here to help you deepen and heal your marriage or relationship so that you can be the best version of yourself. In addition to couples, I enjoy working with teens and young adults and encouraging them to live more authentically. I love empowering young people to cope with the chaos of entering adulthood and eventually blossom into their most fulfilled selves. I take a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating such frameworks as attachment theory, the Gottman method, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a strengths-based perspective. If meeting with me as a couple, you can count on me to hold you and your partner accountable while offering support and understanding to help you feel heard. My theory of change is that we live our fullest lives when we learn to wipe away the dust of self-doubt and get back in touch with our inherent worthiness, which has actually been there all along. Whether it's couple's therapy, family therapy, or individual therapy that you're looking for, I would be honored to walk that journey with you.
