About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with NC Therapy Professionals and specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD and navigating life transitions. I provide both short-term and long-term individual and group services to folks of all sexuality and gender identities. I have experience working with teens and adults of all ages in healthcare settings as well as residential and PHP/IOP levels of care. Drawing from these experiences, I work to create the most beneficial healing environment for you. Specifically, I utilize research-based approaches, including CBT, DBT and ACT.

My approach to therapy is always client-focused: I strive to make space for you to take the lead in exploring your concerns and advocating for your needs. I use a relational approach to therapy to create a safe, engaging environment to explore, while working collaboratively with patients to find adaptive and creative problem-solving strategies.

I hope to empower you to embrace your individuality and the unique aspects of yourself. Seeking help can be incredibly challenging and starting this process is often the hardest part. I enjoy working with individuals who are starting therapy for the first time, as well as clients who have sought therapy before but are looking for “the right fit".
