I believe in individualized treatment for each person. As the client, your treatment is yours and I will assist with meeting your needs. I practice from a humanistic person-centered approach with CBT, DBT, PCIT, and play therapy modalities. My passions are working with children and teens as well as people with disabilities. I have experience working with autism and other developmental disabilities as well as children and teens with a variety of diagnoses and backgrounds. I love people and I love to learn. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have and explore if I am the right fit for you. As a therapist, I am committed to listening with compassion and helping in any way that I can. I want therapy to be both fun and safe for everyone. I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to meet the comfortability and connection you need for an open environment to express yourself without judgement.
