I know that you have what it takes to get where you want to be and it is a great privilege to hold space for that journey. I have a bachelor's degree from The University of Notre Dame and completed my graduate work through The University of Southern California. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, parenting and adoption/foster care issues. I take a holistic approach to meeting your unique needs. Our experiences are not one-size fits all, so treatment of them shouldn't be either. I combine your self-expertise with thoughtful intervention and appropriate tools incorporating EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness, but also bring in other resources when needed. It is such a huge step to reach out for support. I hope to offer new insights, shifting perspectives and concrete tools to help with whatever change or healing you seek.
