Hello, my name is Karla and I graduated from Valdosta State University with my Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy working with families, individuals, couples, and children to help empower and co- create change. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to help create the change they wish to see in their life. I have a diverse background in mental health consisting of depression, anxiety, couples counseling, eating disorders, substance abuse, behavior modification, and more. I believe in walking beside my clients and being there for them through every journey that life takes us through. My goal as a therapist is to help you find solutions that are individually designed to meet your needs and help you reach your full potential. I work to help others better understand and resolve problems they may face in life. I strive to provide a friendly, non-judgmental, supportive, and caring environment for each of my clients.
