About

When someone asks me what I love about being a therapist, my answer is, "Everything." I love meeting new people, understanding their stories, being present for the vulnerable moments and witnessing the hope and change. I provide a warm and inviting space for clients to share their struggles and find their strength. My approach is client-centered, driven by your goals, navigated with compassion and humor.

I enjoy working with clients ages 18 and up. Specialty areas include anxiety, trauma, relational issues, body image concerns and life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-informed practices. I had a previous career as a Registered Dietitian and like to use a mind-body-spirit approach to healing.

I understand that initiating therapy can feel like an overwhelming step. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to determine if I am the right fit as you navigate further. E-mail is the best way to reach me.
