About

I work with adults treating anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and women's issues. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional. I utilize my experience working with adults, college transitions, social media impacts, life transitions, management of stress and many more. I treat based on my experience and willingness to meet all my clients where they are in their journey.

The treatment of adults with anxiety, OCD, and life transitions is based on my years of experience working with this demographic but also based on my extensive training and ability to treat using all of this in a combination that is taylored to the needs of each individual.

I believe that no one lives without pain; emotional, physical, psychological. I want to work with you to understand why and how to help, building realistic plans and goals to manage and decrease that pain physically, and mentally, as a whole person.
