Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I strive to help my clients feel better, enjoy life, develop satisfying relationships, and find personal success. Psychotherapy is often about building or restoring one's inner compass and finding a way to move through life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and satisfying. People are naturally vibrant and healthy. However, our access to that vibrancy often becomes blocked as we adjust to life's challenges. I work to help my clients gain clarity into how and why they have lost access to meaningful parts of themselves and move towards a life that feels more connected and alive. Additionally, using both contemporary evidence-based psychotherapy tools and body-centered (Somatic Experiencing) approaches, I will help you with personal and interpersonal tools that will continue to be useful to you long after you have left my office. Through an accepting, safe and sometimes playful environment, we explore growth, opening a space for improved well-being. I feel deeply grateful for the wisdom that many years of working with my wonderful clients has brought, and honored to have the opportunity to continue to do this work.
