About

Over 30 years' experience helping people with emotional pain, trauma, fear, anxiety, depression, confusion, grief, esteem, stress, and life changes including heart break and narcissistic abuse. I can assist you in using your personal strengths, develop new coping skills and strategies that you can, immediately use to feel better and live fully.

My approach is eclectic and traditional, with a bent toward cognitive behavioral. I am certified in trauma- specific techniques, including EMDR. For over 30 years I directed a nationally acclaimed Victim Service program, working with trauma survivors with a specialty in co-occurring disorders including anxiety, panic attacks, anger and substance use.

You have likely come here for a very personal reason and that in itself is very courageous. You may be struggling with some very specific issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma, or you may be experiencing the distress of feeling stuck, lonely, confused, and disconnected. Please take the next step and reach out through email to get connected.
