If you're feeling disconnected or struggling with relationships or daily life, know you're not alone. Many of the people I work with have experienced childhood trauma, neglect, emotional abuse, or moments of feeling detached, distant, or “checked out” from themselves or the world. Healing doesn’t have to be faced alone—it’s okay to show up just as you are, with all the complexities that come with it. Together, we’ll explore what feels overwhelming, slowly and expansively, allowing space for healing at your own pace. View 4 Photos I use various trauma-informed approaches, including Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a gentle, advanced method that goes deeper than EMDR. DBR helps reprocess trauma, release shock, and integrate overwhelming experiences. Grounded in neuroscience, it fosters lasting healing by calming the nervous system and addressing trauma at its deepest levels. Taking the first step toward healing can feel challenging, especially if you've done this work before. Seeking a new approach is a decisive step forward. I work with diverse individuals, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent, to create a supportive, empowering path forward. Get in touch- let’s walk this journey together.
