About

Motivating yourself to seek help when in crisis can be challenging. Life often gets in the way of carving out time for ourselves which is vital for a peaceful and compassionate existence. I offer therapy for individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, PTSD, physical and sexual trauma, and other life challenges. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to navigate difficult times. I offer a space to explore creative solutions in seeking ways to regain control with personal agency and mutual respect. View 5 Photos

Self-compassion and mindfulness are central to my approach with particular attention to the body's cues to distress and psychological heartache. Mental anguish may be challenging to express in words and can manifest physically. I can provide new ways to understand times of crisis. I believe the individual is the expert in their experience.

Finding the self is a process, not a final state. Attention to one's journey are lifelong and ever-changing. I offer creative ways to cultivate loving kindness for yourself and others. I provide a warm and deeply empathetic environment to reflect and uncover patterns of thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve the life you want to live.
