As a Zurich trained JUNGIAN ANALYST & Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I work with you to understand and utilize your own innate wisdom for personal growth and transformation. Psychological suffering such as depression, anxiety, addiction, restlessness, lack of meaning, or spiritual crisis can be an opportunity for growth. Together we strive to find a deeper meaning in these symptoms to allow for healing and a more balanced life. I have work experience as a primary therapist in both an inpatient and outpatient treatment facility, which provided me with a keen understanding of mental health issues and ways to manage symptoms. I work with you through your personal stories, somatic symptoms, or relationship issues, as well as dream interpretation, expressive art, or other symbolic material, all of which can add a depth and breath to your personal process. I trained at the C.G.Jung Institute and the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zurich, Switzerland where I received my post graduate diploma in Analytical Psychology. I have over twenty-five years of clinical experience, extensive work with grief and loss, and also hold an independent license in addiction counseling.
