About

Welcome! I believe in a collaborative counseling relationship; you’ve known yourself all your life, and I’m just getting the opportunity to meet you. Therefore, the first part of therapy involves learning how you approach and view the world. Then, together, we’ll identify how therapy can meet your needs and assess progress along the way. I have a passion for working with adults in life transitions navigating higher education, career changes, relationships, and grief/loss.

Additional areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, body image and relationship difficulties. In these past 4 years in particular, we have all been faced with uncertainty and upheaval. I’m here to assist you in using your innate creativity and resourcefulness to care for yourself and your relationships in new and meaningful ways.

Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, and I hope to ease any stressors associated with the search process. Please feel free to reach out via email to schedule a free consultation so I can answer your questions and assist you in finding the right fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
