Welcome! My name is Karen Fatouros and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed School Counselor, with additional certifications in substance abuse and hypnosis. I specialize in supporting adults through challenges like depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and those within the school system. For those open to it, I also offer hypnotherapy as an optional tool to help achieve deeper peace. Let's work together to I specialize in working with adults, especially those stuck in recurring patterns or facing significant life transitions. I'm passionate about helping individuals find their voice, improve coping strategies, and move past blocks like anxiety, depression, or stress. I spent 13 years working in schools, 11 years in a group home setting for intellectually disabled adults and was a group therapist in a day program for the chronically mentally ill. My focus also includes supporting school employees and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
