Hello and welcome. Therapy can offer a safe and validating space to navigate through some of life's challenges. My approach is supportive, evidence-based, integrative, culturally-informed, collaborative, and respectful. I use my passion, advocacy, and expertise in mental health services to provide my clients with the language and safety to discuss mental health struggles to foster a meaningful life. I specialize in trauma, bipolar disorder, psychotic spectrum disorders, relationship/marital distress, and generalized anxiety. Additionally, I specialize in psychological testing for ADHD, cognitive and intelligence testing, autism spectrum disorders, social and emotional functioning.
