About

I enjoy providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am a firm believer in meeting the client where they are at and empowering them to make choices to better their lives. I specialize in working with Native American and Hispanic populations.

I have worked in various mental health settings such as schools, residential treatment centers, non-profit organizations, and counseling agencies. A major focus of my work has been on anxiety management, helping my clients develop health coping skills, reduce stress, trauma recovery, help clients overcome symptoms of fear and hopelessness, and grief.

In my practice, I focus on patient care to help them along their journey of self-discovery and emotional stability.
