So many of us struggle with personal traumas, relationships and difficult life transitions that create feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, confusion, frustration and fear. We dance in and out of self-abandonment, wanting to feel worthy, confident, productive and loved, yet continue to feel stuck, alone and perhaps even a little broken. Without clarity, it can feel hard to know what to do to move forward, especially if there’s a relentless inner critic at play or self-sabotage is part of your story. In a safe, warm and compassionate therapeutic relationship, I help you foster a new and nurturing connection to self as you step away from the past and move confidently into who you are becoming. Through thoughtful reflection and mindfully changing habits, you can broaden perspective and engage in a journey of personal, professional and spiritual growth. I draw from both ancient Eastern practices, such as mindfulness, meditation and Buddhist psychology, as well as evidence-based psychotherapy and neuroscience. With empathy and exploration, we address relationships, self-love and attachments, always returning to the heart the heart, which always knows the way.
