Hi. My name is Kara (she/they) Full Spectrum Counseling of Idaho is a sanctuary for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. As a queer licensed clinical professional counselor, I provide affirming mental health counseling and support to all those who are systemically oppressed and marginalized. I am a person-centered humanist with an intersectional trauma-focused lens. I believe in Social Justice, Human Rights and Science. I offer authenticity, safety, empathy, compassion, validation, connection and hope, from one human to another. You are valid. You belong here.
