I have a passion for providing support and treatment to individuals seeking help with managing and improving their mental health. I have more than 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. I have helped many clients work through the many aspects of mental health to include depression, anxiety, crisis situations and trauma. In my work with these different populations. My approach combines but is not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, and/or solution focused therapy. I work in partnership with you to ensure that I meet you where you are in your journey. I have worked with individuals with Anxiety (social, generalized),Bipolar & Depressive & Other Mood Disturbances, Adjustment Issues and Anger. It takes great courage to begin the process of counseling. The idea of counseling may already be very intimidating, and then having to open up to a complete stranger.
