About

I am passionate about serving people of all ages and life experiences. I have special interest in serving adolescents and young adults. In my experience, I connect naturally with the age group and have meaningfully supported individuals as they navigate common challenges that accompany their stage of life. Additional clinical interests include: anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, anger management, self esteem building, stress, relationship challenges, family conflicts, grief/loss, parenting challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is dynamic, meaning it may change based on the individual I am serving. I seek to be flexible based on what is meaningful to each individual and what is most effective based on the presenting concern. I have experience utilizing CBT, I am familiar with skills related to DBT, and I have received several trainings on the Polyvagal Theory

I have found that a blend of all of these can help to bring meaningful healing and change. My sincere hope is that you will leave this therapeutic relationship with confidence in yourself and your skills, regardless of your circumstances.
