I value working with individuals who are ready to dive into the journey of self-exploration, self awareness and emotional growth. My emphasis is on human flourishing and helping you create a life with meaning. I use a mind and body-integrated approach to treatment, such as increasing awareness of the Gut-Brain connection and incorporating Mindfulness practices along with traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you improve your mental wellness using all the ways your body naturally heals itself.

Therapy with me will focus on helping you identify and shift patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior that have kept you stuck. I believe in not only helping you with tools to cope, but also working with you to relieve root causes of issues where they might be stored at that deeper level of your mind so the change and healing you're seeking is lasting.

One of the most incredible things about the brain is its ability to change, to adapt and create new neural networks. Even when it feels like things will never be different, know that they can be. Every time you sit down to do therapeutic work, you are contributing to making that change possible.
