Hi! I'm Kaitlyn. I am passionate about working with individuals and families as they make meaningful changes in their lives. Healing and moving through challenges in life is hard work, but together we can navigate your healing journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in depression, trauma, anxiety and life changes. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness to help my clients heal and reach their goals. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults and families. Therapy is a very personal experience and each client's needs are different. I will meet you where you are at, and we will figure out what works best for you. I am committed to racial and social justice and providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I strive to make my counseling sessions a safe and collaborative environment for all.
