I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are interested in processing traumas, reducing anxiety, creating healthier connections with others, processing grief/loss, exploring sexuality and gender, and building self-confidence. I prefer to work collaboratively with clients and give them agency to help guide our sessions. I appreciate feedback from clients and aim to work as partners in addressing issues bringing them to therapy. I believe therapy is most effective when tailored to the client’s needs. I utilize a solution-focused approach and focus on collaborating with clients to find what works best for them and how to incorporate more of what works into their daily lives. I integrate mindfulness and self-care into the therapeutic process while assisting clients in building self-confidence. During treatment, clients can expect to be encouraged to take an active role in their sessions. I aim to provide support and an objective perspective on whatever issues a client may be experiencing in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
