Choosing to start therapy can be an overwhelming and daunting task. I am happy that you are here and have taken this step. I take pride in creating a therapeutic space that is unique to each individual with warmth, empathy, trust and transparency. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate that has worked with children, teens, and adults. Before transitioning to private practice and over the past six years, my experience has been in community mental health, inpatient care. My experience has been with children and adults with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parent/child conflict, trauma, serious mental illnesses, and unhealthy relationships. Treatment plans are tailored to each person’s needs and their specific goals for therapy. I am knowledgeable in DBT and practice person-centered therapy while using a trauma-informed approach. You and your story are unique to you and I believe in everyone’s ability to heal and grow from their past and/or present.
