When life becomes messy and you need a compassionate, collaborative, non-judgmental, and experienced therapist, I am here for you. My primary focus is on medical family therapy, family therapy, and working with young adults and adolescents. I have an extensive background working with eating disorders, acute and chronic illness, anxiety, depression, learning disorders, perfectionism, parenting, and adjusting to life’s challenges. My treatment approach is eclectic, including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), and family-based treatment (FBT). I am a native English and Spanish speaker and work with those who are bilingual and bicultural. My goal for my clients is to help them reconnect with the things that brought them joy.
