Accepting new clients in November! Availability listed below. My specialties include Complex Trauma (childhood, sexual, religious, betrayal, etc.), Faith Deconstruction, Relationship Issues, Addiction, Shame, Adult Children of Narcissistic or Borderline Parents, Sex & Intimacy. I specialize in modalities in IFS, inner child work, somatic work, EMDR, and solution focused. Availability : Monday -7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am / Tuesday - 8am, 9am / Wednesday -12pm / Thursday -7am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm / Friday -7am, 8am. Telehealth only. My approach is multi-faceted as I believe every person's healing journey looks different. It's important to look at your relational history, unhelpful patterns/habits formed, the nervous system, trauma, and internal narratives. These all shape how we show up in this world and can keep us from living fully. My goal for all my clients is deep internal change instead of quick fixes.
