Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I am a dedicated therapist who provides empathy, compassion, and humor in individual therapy sessions for children, teenagers, and young adults. I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma that arises as depression, anxiety, and behavior difficulties. Childhood experiences often continue to influence our lives as we transition into adolescence and adulthood. Clients that I work with tend to have difficulties with asserting boundaries, experience low self-esteem, adversity to stress, and perfectionistic tendencies. I welcome you to give space for you or your child to process life experiences. For younger clients, I use the Experiential Play Therapy model for children to regain power over their experiences. With others, I use models such as internal family systems and attachment-based therapy. Regardless of age, I strive to create an environment where clients can unequivocally be themselves. Healing always begins with the therapeutic relationship. Clients leave therapy with insight into their emotions and patterns. The first step is reaching out. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions throughout the day and into the evenings with immediate openings. Together, we can embark on a path of self-discovery, healing, and growth, navigating the complexities of life with resilience and grace.
