I'm Kaaren ("car-in" the garage). If you are looking for someone to bring coherence to the ways you’ve struggled, to help challenge and broaden your story so you include the often overlooked strengths and successes that coexist with the well known list of shortcomings, and to engage you in new ways of increased trust and connection with yourself and deserving others, I may be your person. I temper nurturing qualities while inviting and joining you in creating new strategies and experiences that produce the change you desire. With adults, I am particularly interested in helping those who feel stuck or incongruent with aspects of the self as well as with experiences in relationships. I am also interested in supporting the aging process of older adulthood to adapt to and find meaning in changes to one's capabilities and social environments. My mission is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can bravely explore, accept, and expand your sense of self, enhance your ability to choose and connect with worthy others, and actualize your dreams. I welcome you to reach out to me with questions or to schedule an appointment.
