About

My role as a therapist is to work in a deep and supportive manner. I strive to foster a compassionate and safe space for you to explore who you are, your patterns, creative aspects, and past traumas. Working through an integrative approach I weave depth psychology and mindfulness together to foster a sense of compassion and curiosity in who we are that encourages self-expression and healing.

My approach is for those who are looking to explore the deeper aspects of their experience and collaborate on the practical problems arising in their life, increase awareness, get unstuck from unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, soothe anxieties, and learn to set boundaries and communicate.

Healing and self-discovery can sometimes be intimidating, overwhelming, and hard. But it can also be exciting, fun, and exhilarating. If you’re feeling ready to delve into the process of self-discovery, please reach out.
