About

Taking that first step to begin therapy takes courage. Trying to find a new therapist is daunting. I have deep respect for the bravery clients must have to embark in therapy. Many of us have experienced trauma, battled addiction, or been depressed. I feel fortunate to be allowed into the most vulnerable parts of my clients’ lives and I take that responsibility seriously. I will show compassion, acceptance, and authenticity during every interaction. I was a client/patient long before I was a therapist, so I come to therapy understanding the fear and anxiety that arises with allowing yourself to open up to someone else.

Confidentiality, kindness, and unwavering support are some of the most important qualities I’ll bring to the therapeutic relationship. I have vast experience working with resistant clients through the years, so I am confident we can make progress no matter how hesitant a person may be to open up initially.

I look forward to working together as we discover how therapy can help you achieve your goals, overcome barriers, or just learn more about yourself and ways of improving your daily life. The work may not be easy, but you will no longer have to do it alone. Counseling is my passion and this drives my desire to grow and connect with every client I meet.
