I’m passionate about therapy as a tool for helping young people develop and grow. Adolescence through young adulthood can be a challenging period of time for people, especially in a post-pandemic world. I believe therapy can be a positive tool for teenagers and young adults when they are met where they are, and are given a space to be authentic, vulnerable, and genuine. I provide clients with a safe space, filled with acceptance, warmth, and positivity. I believe therapy can help to increase self-esteem, identify unhealthy thoughts and patterns of behavior, learn tools for coping, and grow towards achieving a state of peace. I am passionate about working with people who struggle with trauma, self-harm, and depression. We are all learning and doing the best we know how with the tools we have. It is courageous to ask for help finding new tools and seeking guidance on how to adapt.
