About

I offer a blend of talk therapy, hypnotherapy, and somatic practices, guided by a compassionate and holistic approach rooted in decolonization. In our sessions, we’ll create a supportive space to explore and address patterns of oppression and stagnation, go beyond illusion, and tap into the wisdom and resilience of your lineage—fostering transformative healing through embracing all your parts.

Together, we’ll uncover allies for your journey—ancestors, nature, metaphors, archetypes, and art—to help you reclaim your full power. Each session is customized and may include psychotherapy, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, indigenous methods, Internal Family Systems (IFS), family constellations, and somatic healing.

Cherish life fully. I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation call to explore how we can begin this journey together. I work with clients from New York and New Mexico.
