I enjoy working with all age groups. In the past I worked in an elementary school for 7 years doing individual and family therapy. I have also worked in home based programs with at risk children and youth. I work very well with individuals experiencing depression,grief and loss, as well as those adjusting to a new environment. Also I work well with parents and parenting children and youth. Most of my clients say that they like that I am patient, friendly, and never give up. Many of my clients say they have received a lot of help. I am a bilingual counselor (speak both English and Spanish). I use both cognitive and reality therapy which are very pracitcal. I empathize with my clients alot and I never give up in trying to help them. I do counseling out of an office and some home based. Presently I accept Blue Cross, United Heatlth (Optum) and Neighbord Health Plan of RI. I also accept fee for service and rates are negotiated.
