About

Are you struggling to connect with your passion and creativity? You've lost your sense of purpose, you're struggling with emotions that get the better of you, and your relationships are suffering as a result. You know something needs to change, but you're not sure how to get started. You deserve to reclaim your sense of identity and self-determination. I help writers, artists, and creative thinkers reconnect with your purpose, heal from trauma, anxiety, and self-doubt, and foster meaningful relationships with yourself and the world around you.

If you are looking for a supportive collaboration in therapy, I would be honored to work with you. I create a safe space for you to explore and learn about yourself. I integrate bibliotherapy, values, and active skill building to help you make peace with past trauma, build self-compassion in the present moment, and take joyful steps into your future.

You don't have to figure it out alone. I'm a mixed race, queer therapist and writer. I use literature, science, art, and movement to guide your healing. If you want a therapist who will partner with you to curate a healing journey filled with resources, creativity, and motivation, as well as offer concrete tools to heal trauma, I can't wait to meet you.
