I specialize in rebuilding lives after separation/divorce, healing process of grief and loss, overcoming traumas, and supporting individuals with difficulties related to depressive and anxiety disorders. I believe the foundation of psychotherapy is anchored in honesty, compassion and respect. My therapeutic approach when working with couples and individuals is an eclectic approach. This is more flexible and is multifaceted that allows me to use the most effective methods available to address client's individual needs. I work with teens and adults.
