About

I became a psychotherapist because my own therapy and therapist was so incredibly impactful. It is the greatest honor and privilege to bear witness to my clients' lives. I have an egalitarian approach; we partner together to give you the support needed to make whatever changes you are seeking in your life.

I provide insight-oriented psychotherapy to individuals, couples & families. My style is warm & empathetic, yet I will gently encourage you to examine things about yourself that may be getting in the way of living a fulfilled life. My approach to working together is both collaborative & relational. I work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I especially enjoy working with clients who struggle with both obesity and body dysmorphia after significant weight loss.
