Are you feeling restless at all times and want to clear your mind? Are you going down a negative spiral and feel hopeless? Reaching out for help is one of the hardest things to do. As an authentic therapist with Ellie Mental Health, I bring empathy, curiosity and compassion into my practice and collaborate with you in achieving your goals. I provide a safe and judge free space for you to be begin your journey towards recovery. I have worked in various levels of treatment and specialize in helping with anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, depression, grief, addiction, family/peer issues, trauma and life transitions. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I use evidence based practices and individualize treatment plans to address a clients specific needs. I will be there to provide support and help you learn new coping skills to get you through this difficult journey.
