About

I am currently accepting new clients. Please email me inquiries. I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2011 and have been working with children, teens, families and adults in a variety of settings ranging from church kids to registered sex offenders in the foster care system. The last three years, I have been in community mental health working with low income children and their families. I utilize PACE in therapy (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) as my primary therapeutic stance and rely heavily on Narrative, Existential, and Relational Psychoanalytic therapies. We are all unique pieces of art in this world. But throughout our lives, others have (for good or with harm) marked up, scratched and painted over the masterpiece. These wounds happen with broken relationships, unhealthy relational patters and traumatic events and can leave an individual feeling depressed, anxious or traumatized.

Together my hope is that my clients and I will do the hard work of restoring the painting of their life to its intended beauty, free of the depression, anxiety and trauma that have left their marks on each of us. A good therapist holds the space of a supportive healer as the client works to identify the ways past and present harm control their being.
